As a lifelong learner myself, I enrolled in a master’s program to further my understanding of effective and inclusive practices, as well as grow as a designer and leader. In the constantly evolving fields of education and learning design, I am driven to keep up on current topics and trends in order to provide the most effective learning designs for my learners.
In my current roles, I prioritize accessibility and engagement. Whether collaborating with students backstage during productions or developing new asynchronous curricula for my school’s summer programming, I approach every task with the goal of building trust, supporting learners, and improving educational experiences. The graduate courses I took in learning theory, management, and leadership have only helped further develop my ability to work with others in a variety of capacities. I am the type of person who sees what needs to be done and acts. From joining school improvement committees to seeking out my own learning opportunities, I enjoy finding solutions to problems and driving organizational change to benefit all stakeholders. I believe my energy and desire to make meaningful change would be an asset to your company.
